In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the website operator. We help people seeking tree work connect with independent tree service businesses. We do not carry out the tree work ourselves.

We do not publish your name, contact details or identifiable job information as lead examples without your permission, and we do not share your enquiry for unrelated marketing.

A company receiving your enquiry operates independently and is responsible for its own handling of your information. Any quote, work agreement or payment for tree work is arranged directly between you and that company.

Service Providers and Payments

Information may be processed by providers that help us operate the website, host and secure data, deliver emails, measure website use and process payments. They may receive information needed to perform those functions. Business subscription payments are processed through Stripe; card details entered into Stripe’s payment fields are handled by Stripe. We may retain transaction identifiers, subscription status and billing records.
